189.396 Enforcement of traffic regulations on off-street parking facilities offered for public use. All law enforcement officials shall enforce the traffic regulations contained in KRS Chapter 189 on off-street parking facilities offered for public use, except for-hire parking facilities listed in KRS 189.700.
