186A.350 Fees credited to trust and agency account. All fees to be credited to the state shall be deposited to a trust and agency account within the transportation fund to be used in defraying the cabinet's costs and expenses of administering a vehicle titling program. Effective: July 15, 1982 History: Created 1982 Ky. Acts ch. 164, sec. 68, effective July 15, 1982.
