186.991 Penalties.

186.991 Penalties. Any person who violates, or causes, aids, or abets any violation of KRS 186.053 or of any order, rule, or regulation lawfully issued pursuant thereto, shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200) or imprisoned for not more than thirty (30) days, or both.
