186.660 Trailer, semitrailer, mobile home or recreational vehicle last registered in another state. A trailer, semitrailer, mobile home or recreational vehicle last registered in another state and purchased by a person for operation in this state shall be first registered in this state by and in the name of the purchaser and not in the name of the seller. Effective: July 15, 1982 History: Amended 1982 Ky. Acts ch. 395, sec. 12, effective July 15, 1982. -- Created 1956 (2nd Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 6, sec. 3, effective January 1, 1957.
