186.402 Statement of legislative intent relating to young drivers. It is the goal of the General Assembly to improve traffic safety and reduce traffic accident injuries and fatalities by controlling a young driver's exposure and progressively moving the driver into more difficult driving experiences prior to full licensure. Effective: October 1, 1996 History: Created 1996 Ky. Acts ch. 198, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1996.
