183.150 Reimbursement to airport boards. Within the limits of the appropriation made to the cabinet, the cabinet may by agreement provide reimbursement to airport boards, for a period not to extend beyond June 30, 1980, to reimburse them for direct financial aid, or benefits and services in lieu thereof, which the airport boards have expended, in accordance with KRS 183.140 for the development of commuter air services that have provided their communities with regularly scheduled passenger, mail and cargo service or any combination thereof.
