176.260 Fiscal year of department. The fiscal year for the Department of Highways which commences on April 1, 1950, shall be extended up to and including June 30, 1951, and thereafter the fiscal year for the department shall begin July 1, and end June 30. History: Amended 1950 Ky. Acts ch. 32, sec. 1. -- Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 4356t-17-1.
