161.320 Record of proceedings -- Annual report. The board of trustees shall keep a record of all its proceedings which shall be open to public inspection. It shall publish on or before January 1 of each year a report giving an account of the operation of the system, showing the fiscal transactions of the system for the preceding year and the amount of the accumulated cash and securities of the system, and containing the last balance sheet showing the financial condition of the system.
