160.400 Duties of outgoing superintendent. An outgoing superintendent shall, before his last month's salary is paid, make all reports required by law to date of his retirement and shall have information assembled to date of his retirement for any reports to be made by the incoming superintendent. Effective: July 13, 1990 History: Repealed and reenacted 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 476, Pt. V, sec. 438, effective July 13, 1990. -- Recodified 1942 Ky.
