15A.312 Database update by Department of Juvenile Justice. The Department of Juvenile Justice shall update its database within thirty (30) days of receipt of information. The update shall include information from the: (1) Offender records; (2) Institutional records; and (3) Administrative records. Effective: July 15, 1998 History: Created 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 606, sec. 8, effective July 15, 1998.
