155.180 Duration of corporation. The period of duration of a corporation organized under this chapter shall be perpetual. Effective: March 21, 1960 History: Amended 1976 Ky. Acts ch. 214, sec. 10. -- Created 1960 Ky. Acts ch. 73, sec. 19, effective March 21, 1960.
