15.905 State Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Prevention Board. (1) (2) The State Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Prevention Board is created as an autonomous agency within the Office of the Attorney General. The state board may appoint an executive director of the state board to exercise the powers and carry out the duties of the state board. Effective: July 13, 1984 History: Created 1984 Ky. Acts ch. 382, sec. 2, effective July 13, 1984.
