15.745 Construction of KRS Chapter 15. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as eliminating or limiting any of the other duties of the Commonwealth's attorney or county attorney as set out in the Kentucky Revised Statutes. Effective: January 1, 1978 History: Created 1976 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 17, sec. 10, effective January 1, 1978.
