15.080 Biennial report to Governor. The Attorney General shall biennially, on or before December 31 preceding each regular session of the General Assembly, report to the Governor a full statement of the business done in his office. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 112-7.
