148.258 Definition. As used in KRS 148.260 to 148.320 the term "commission" shall mean the "Kentucky Horse Park Commission" unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. Effective: July 15, 1986 History: Created 1986 Ky. Acts ch. 96, sec. 1, effective July 15, 1986.
