148.141 Conveyances to the United States, conditions. Conveyances to the United States shall be made on the condition that the government of the United States administer, protect and develop the property for national park purposes, in accordance with federal laws regulating national parks. History: Created 1964 Ky. Acts ch. 157, sec. 16.
