146.507 Acquisition or dedication of less than a fee simple estate in land. Where the acquisition or dedication of less than a fee simple estate in land is proposed, and the mineral estate is severed from the surface, the consent of the owner of the mineral estate shall be provided to the office prior to approval of the acquisition or dedication. Effective: July 14, 2018 History: Amended 2018 Ky. Acts ch. 29, sec. 36, effective July 14, 2018. -- Created 1988 Ky. Acts ch. 416, sec. 3, effective June 1, 1988.
