141.014 Disposition of receipts under chapter. Receipts derived from taxes assessed and collected under the provisions of this chapter shall be appropriated for general fund purposes. Effective: June 14, 1962 History: Created 1962 Ky. Acts ch. 124, sec. 9, effective June 14, 1962.
