106.030 Provisions of chapter are alternative. This chapter shall not affect the provisions of any other laws providing any alternate plan for the acquisition and operation of water systems. Effective: June 17, 1954 History: Created 1954 Ky. Acts ch. 18, sec. 3, effective June 17, 1954.
