100.141 Appointing authority. Except in counties containing a consolidated local government, the mayor of each city entitled to one (1) or more members and the county judge/executive of each county shall appoint the members of the planning commission with the approval of their respective legislative bodies. Effective: July 15, 2002 History: Amended 2002 Ky. Acts ch. 346, sec. 137, effective July 15, 2002. -- Created 1966 Ky. Acts ch. 172, sec. 11.
