Acts ch. 78, sec. 1, effective June 19, 1952. -- Amended 1944 Ky. Acts ch. 129, sec. 1. -Created 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 15, secs. 2 and 3. Legislative Research Commission Note. This section was amended in Acts 1980, ch. 188, § 78, and repealed in Acts 1980, ch. 239, § 4. Since the amendment appears in the revisor's bill, the repeal prevails. See KRS 7.136(3).
