Acts ch. 111, sec. 13, effective July 13, 1984. -- Amended 1966 Ky. Acts ch. 255, sec. 4, effective June 16, 1966. -- Created 1958 Ky. Acts ch. 45, sec. 4, effective June 19, 1958. Legislative Research Commission Note (7/15/96). Under 1996 Ky. Acts ch. 46, secs. 11 and 13, this statute has been repealed effective January 1, 1997.
