49.400 Effect of filing false information. Any person who procures or attempts to procure compensation with the commission by filing false information shall have the claim denied and be forever barred from filing a claim with this commission. Effective:June 29, 2017 History: Repealed, reenacted, renumbered, and amended 2017 Ky. Acts ch. 74, sec. 40, effective June 29, 2017. -- Created 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 409, sec. 8, effective July 13, 1990. Formerly codified as KRS 346.145.
