49.080 Venue of hearings. Hearings involving claimants who are residents of the Commonwealth shall be conducted in the county wherein the claim accrues, provided, however, that the parties may, with the approval of the commission, agree upon a place not within such county for the conduct of hearings. Hearings involving claimants who are nonresidents shall be conducted in the county wherein the claim accrues, provided, however, that a hearing, with the approval of the commission, may be conducted in Franklin County.
