434.441 Definitions for KRS 434.441 and 434.442. As used in this section and KRS 434.442, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) "Educational institutions" means those schools providing postsecondary education including technical, community and junior colleges, and colleges and universities; (2) "Governmental agency" means any agency of the state or local government; and (3) "Secondary school" means a school with grades nine (9) through twelve (12).
