426.554 Court may quash execution improperly issued. The court may, after reasonable notice, quash an execution on the ground that the representative or successor of a deceased plaintiff is not properly stated in the indorsement on the execution. Effective: January 2, 1978 History: Amended 1976 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 14, sec. 433, effective January 2, 1978. -- Transferred 1952 Ky.
