413.160 Actions upon written contract or not provided for by statute -- Ten-year limitation. An action upon a written contract executed after July 15, 2014, unless otherwise provided by statute, and an action for relief not provided for by statute can only be commenced within ten (10) years after the cause of action accrued. Effective: July 15, 2014 History: Amended 2014 Ky. Acts ch. 142, sec. 1, effective July 15, 2014. -- Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 2522.
