363.555 Administrative regulations -- Unprocessed bulk tobacco. The Commissioner may promulgate administrative regulations relating to servicing or inspecting instruments and devices used to measure internal moisture or density levels in unprocessed bulk tobacco as described in KRS 363.510. Effective: June 8, 2011 History: Created 2011 Ky. Acts ch. 18, sec. 1, effective June 8, 2011.
