323.190 Compensation of board members. Each member of the board shall receive an amount not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100) for each day or part of the day spent in the performance of his official duties, including time spent in necessary travel, and in addition, shall be reimbursed for all proper traveling and incidental expenses incurred in connection with those duties.
