323.100 Form of license certificate. A license certificate shall be signed by the president and the secretary of the board and bear its seal. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 73-4.
