317.991 Penalties. (1) (2) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor; Any person who violates any rule or regulation lawfully adopted by the board under the authority contained in this chapter shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor. Effective: July 15, 2008 History: Amended 2008 Ky. Acts ch. 103, sec. 5, effective July 15, 2008. -- Amended 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 354, sec. 25. -- Created 1960 Ky.
