304.39-300 Rules. The commissioner may adopt rules to provide effective administration of this subtitle which are consistent with the purposes of this subtitle and fair and equitable to all persons whose interests may be affected. Effective: July 15, 2010 History: Amended 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 24, sec. 1532, effective July 15, 2010. -- Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 385, sec. 30, effective July 1, 1975.
