286.4-545 Agent for service of process. Every person licensed under this subtitle shall maintain an agent in this Commonwealth for service of process. The name, physical address, telephone number, and electronic mail address of the agent shall be filed with the application for licensure. The commissioner shall be notified in writing by the licensee at least five (5) days prior to any change in the status of an agent. Effective: June 27, 2019 History: Created 2019 Ky.
