286.4-520 Prohibited advertisements and statements. No licensee shall advertise, print, display, publish, distribute, broadcast or televise, or permit to be advertised, printed, displayed, published, distributed, broadcast or televised, any statement or representation with regard to the rates, terms, or conditions for making loans in the sum of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) or less, which is false, misleading, or deceptive.
