286.4-440 Application and license fees.

286.4-440 Application and license fees. Each applicant, at the time of making application, shall pay the following to the commissioner: (1) Five hundred dollars ($500) as a fee for investigating the application to conduct business as a consumer loan company in Kentucky; and (2) The additional sum of five hundred dollars ($500) as an annual license fee for each location for the period terminating on the last day of the current calendar year.
