252.990 Penalties.

252.990 Penalties. Any person violating any of the provisions of KRS 252.180 to 252.240 shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100). In addition to the penalty hereinbefore provided, bees or combs, used hives, or other used apiary appliances brought into this state in violation of the provisions of KRS 252.180 to 252.240 shall be confiscated and destroyed.
