224.1-450 Legislative intent regarding issuance of letter. It is the intent of the General Assembly to encourage economic development by allowing the issuance of a No Further Remediation Letter to a public entity for a site when the remediation plan has been successfully completed. Effective: July 15, 1996 History: Created 1996 Ky. Acts ch. 194, sec. 68, effective July 15, 1996. Formerly codified as KRS 224.01-450.
