212.930 Effect of county health department action. All actions, orders, and rules and regulations of county boards of health that have formed a district health department shall continue in full force and effect unless subsequently amended, repealed or changed by appropriate action of the district board of health. History: Created 1972 Ky. Acts ch. 301, sec. 13.
