212.900 District health officer. The health officer of a district health department shall devote his time to the duties of his office and shall not engage in the private practice of medicine. He may also be secretary of the district board of health and keep full minutes of the proceedings of the board in a book provided for that purpose. He may also be the chief administrative officer of the district health department. Effective: July 15, 1982 History: Amended 1982 Ky.
