212.715 Orders of health agencies. No person shall fail or refuse to observe or obey a written order of any board of health, department of health, or health officer, issued pursuant to the provisions of law or regulations adopted thereunder. History: Amended 1958 Ky. Acts ch. 96, sec. 7. -- Created 1954 Ky. Acts ch. 209, sec. 8.
