212.432 Inclusion of employees in state retirement system. Notwithstanding the provisions of KRS 61.510 to 61.705 (Chapter 110, 1956 Acts of the General Assembly of Kentucky and amendments thereto) and KRS 78.510 to 78.852, on July 1, 1962, all regular full-time present and future public health employees of any joint city-county health department or board of health located in a county containing a city of the first class or a consolidated local government shall be included within the provisions of the state retirement system.
