212.373 Recovery of charges from spouse or parent. Such boards may likewise recover the charges so established from the spouse of any person receiving said services or from the parent of such person who is a minor if such spouse or parent has the financial ability to pay. Effective: March 24, 1952. History: Created 1952 Ky. Acts ch. 65, sec. 3, effective March 24, 1952.
