177.180 Highway engineer to approve contracts. All contracts let by the railroad company under KRS 177.120 to 177.210 shall have the approval of the state highway engineer, in writing, indorsed on the contract. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 4356z-8.
