106.160 Additional bonds. If the water district commissioners or city legislative body finds that the bonds authorized will be insufficient to accomplish the purpose desired, additional bonds may be authorized and issued in the same manner. Effective: June 17, 1954 History: Created 1954 Ky. Acts ch. 18, sec. 16, effective June 17, 1954.
