98.360 County to own property of department -- Exception. All property used in the functions of the department shall be property of the county except as provided in any contract or agreement executed pursuant to KRS 98.330 and 98.340. Effective: June 6, 1956 History: Created 1956 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 3, sec. 7, effective June 6, 1956.
