92.740 Repealed, 1982. Catchline at repeal: Redemption of real property sold for taxes in cities of fourth class. History: Repealed 1982 Ky. Acts ch. 434, sec. 15, effective July 15, 1982. -- Amended 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 386, sec. 19. -- Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. secs. 3544a-6, 3544a-8, 3544a-10, 3544a-13. Note: 1980 Ky. Acts ch. 396, sec. 56 would have amended this section effective July 1, 1982. However, 1980 Ky. Acts ch. 396 was repealed by 1982 Ky. Acts ch. 141, sec. 146, also effective July 1, 1982.
