71.990 Penalties. A violation of KRS 71.020 shall constitute a misfeasance in office and the District Court may fine the jailer or he may be indicted therefor. Effective: January 2, 1978 History: Amended 1976 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 14, sec. 59, effective January 2, 1978. -- Recodified 1942 Ky.
