71.030 Jailer to keep jail clean and warm. The jailer shall keep the jail comfortably warm, and clean and free from nauseous odors, and shall provide prisoners confined in the jail with a sufficiency of bedclothing to make them comfortable. The bedclothing shall be paid for out of the county levy. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 2236.
