441.095 Appeals. Appeals from any order issued pursuant to KRS 441.055 to 441.065 shall be granted as a matter of right, and shall be taken to the Franklin County Circuit Court within thirty (30) days from the date the order is issued by the department. Effective: July 14, 1992 History: Amended 1992 Ky. Acts ch. 211, sec. 119, effective July 14, 1992. -- Created 1982 Ky. Acts ch. 385, sec. 10, effective July 1, 1982. Formerly codified as KRS 441.015.
