439.356 Final discharge -- Effect. After final discharge has been ordered and a certificate issued by the board, or after the parolee's civil rights have been restored by an act of the Governor, the parolee may not be held again for a violation of that parole. History: Created 1962 Ky. Acts ch. 82, sec. 7.
